Shipping Information – Fast Shipping
Orders received before 3 PM EST may take up to one business day for processing before it is actually shipped. Your order may ship out of our offices in Chandler, Arizona or with Amazon Fulfillment, our fulfillment partner.
Please understand that all of the shipping / courier services have suspended deliver guarantees at this time. They do charge us for the higher level of service and have raised their rates on all levels of service given the demands that Covid has placed on them.
We will always do our utmost to get your product to you as fast as we can based on the level of srevice you have selected in the checkout process.
Standard Shipping can take up to 7-10 Business Days for delivery but will typically take less than a week.
Expedited Shipping is sent Priority 3 Business Days service with UPS or USPS from our Arizona offices or through one of the Amazon Fulfillment warehouses across the country. We select the method of shipping based on how quickly it will arrive at your address.
Priority Shipping is sent out via a 2 Buisiness Day Service based on the fastest and most reliable service available.
Amazon maintains an inventory of our products at distribution centers around the country and they use a variety of courier services to get the product to you as quickly as possible. A tracking number will be sent to you when the item is in route to your address. If you don’t see a tracking e-mail within 2 business days of placing your order please check the Spam folder in your e-mail program. If you still can’t find that information please call us.
International Shipping is offered via:
DHL Express: Typical Delivery Time is 2-4 Business Days (subject to delays at your local Customs Offices)
If you wish to return your product please contact us (telephone or e-mail) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We use your RMA # to track your return so we can be certain we issue a refund to the correct customer. Call our main customer service line toll free 877-219-6124 or e-mail us at [email protected] to obtain your RMA Number. We highly recomment you return your unit via a delivery method that includes tracking. We will credit your card for returned items within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Orders returned without an RMA will not receive a credit and will not be Returned To Sender.
All returns must be sent to our offices in Chandler, Arizona. If your item was purchased through the Swing Jacket web site and shipped to you via Amazon Fulfillment DO NOT Do not return the item to Amazon.
You have 60 days from the date of your order to return the item to our offices. It is your responsibility to get any returned items back to us in time to take advantage of our 60 Day Great Swing Guarantee. The Great Swing Guarantee only applies to orders purchased directly from us. If you purchased an order through Amazon, they only allow 30 Days to request a refund.
